Hi there. I’ve just booked for 17 December via Itison voucher. The price states £119 - but I seem to have been charged £159? Is this right?

Hi, we would like to book 3 double rooms for 6 adults the Saturday 5th November and use Itison vouchers. However as some of us are only available that weekend, I need to know if you have these rooms that day, please.
I have tried to contact the hotel over the phone all day but no one is answering the phone. Thanks

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two including a 2 course dinner one night, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 23 Dec 2022, Wed - Sat; subject to availability. 

Excludes Sun - Tue.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stay in a standard double or twin room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 2 course from the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Max of 1 child permitted. £15 supplement for 1 night DBB and £25 for dinner one night. Please discuss direct.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
