Questions and answers

I am confused about the “valid” information shown which says valid for 7 days in one section and from 1 Jun to 31 Jul in another section. Please clarify T Gilmour

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know your voucher can be used all 7 days of the week, subject to the valid times and availability, from Saturday 1st June until Wednesday 31st July 2019.

Apologies - I've just spotted we state valid 7 days but we also state the voucher excludes Mondays, so I'm double checking this with our team.

I can confirm these vouchers do exclude Mondays and we've updated our advert to reflect this, but they can otherwise be used Tuesday to Saturday from 1st June to 31st July, subject to the valid times and availability.

What to expect

Main course for two or four with a glass of Prosecco or wine each

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jun 2019 until Wed 31 Jul 2019, Tue – Thur & Sun 12noon – 8pm, Fri 12noon – 6pm, Sat 12noon – 2pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays and 19 & 21 Jun 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Jul 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; option 1: max. of 3 vouchers; option 2 max. of 1 voucher permitted.

Max of 3 vouchers or 6 people per table. 

Choice of main course from set menu only; menu is subject to change.

Supplements may apply; please discuss with the restaurant direct.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco or 175ml glass of house red or white wine each.

Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 8pm.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
