Tried to purchase 4 tickets for this last evening but payment did not seem to go through. Tried again just now and got a message to say I had purchased the maximum for this deal. Please advise.

I tried again the following day without success. My husband tried on his account, no success. I phoned your office and tried as the agent talked me through the process, but again no success. I then asked a friend to try and she has spent 3 days trying, she emailed you but you said there was not a problem! Eventually gave up and booked the £10 tickets which worked without a problem. There is definitely a problem with you system for the £8 ticket offering.

I've just had a wee look and I can confirm customers orders are going through successfully on this deal with 1053 sold so far at £8 so I'm not too sure what the issue might be.
I’d suggest checking in case:
- a letter or number is missing from your postcode.
- a digit is missing from your card number.
- the CV2 number is missing (the last three digits on the back of your card).
Or alternatively, try another device.
