Where is my voucher

Hi Ian,

Thanks for getting in touch – I’m sorry you can't find your vouchers.

Not to worry - I’ve re-sent them to you by email, and they should be with you in a couple of minutes. If they don’t come through, I’d suggest checking your junk or spam folder in case they've been filtered there.

What to expect

2 courses for two with optional glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Tue – Fri 12noon – 2.15pm & 5pm – 8pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm; Sun 12noon – 7pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 Feb & 22 Mar 2020.

Advance booking required; vouchers must be booked min 24 hours in advance and by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don't want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 vouchers per table.

Starter & main from set menu; subject to change.

Supplementary charges apply. Starters: antipasto Italian style £2.50pp; mains: escalope of veal Milanese - £4.50pp; payable directly.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
