Good evening, I would like to attend your spa on a Saturday, does the voucher apply to a Saturday, if not what deals do you do on a Saturday. I'm coming with my son & son in law.would like to add lunch as well. Thank you

I'm afraid this voucher excludes Saturdays and Sundays, and unfortunately we don't have any other deals with Village Spa Glasgow currently.

Hi, I am trying to buy a deal, but when I am putting my bank details In it is asking for an issue number. I don’t have an issue number on my card, it won’t let me place my order. How do it go about this?

If you don't have an issue number on your card you should be able to leave this box blank and hit continue! If it still doesn't work we're happy to investigate this further just send your query over to support@itison.com

What to expect

Spa day for one or two with 3 x 25 minute treatments each, use of the leisure facilities and a glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Sep 2019 until Mon 16 Dec 2019, valid Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability. Treatments may be carried out at different times throughout the day if required.

Treatments consist of ESPA personalised facial, back, neck & shoulder massage and scalp massage.

Treatment can be tailored during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with venue.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; confirmation required from your doctor.

Treatment duration: approx. 75 mins; 25 mins per treatment.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes access to the leisure facilities; pool, steam room, sauna, gym and day bed relaxation area.

Robes & towels available to hire for a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly to spa.

Complimentary herbal tea/water provided.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.

Spa rooms are wheelchair accessible.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
