Questions and answers

Having previously purchased a voucher for a restaurant that went out of business before I could use it, what is the policy in such a case. Last time I did nothing so l lost my money.

What to expect

  • £30 or £50 voucher to spend on food

Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Nov 2023, Sun - Fri 12noon - 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Voucher is valid on their food menu only; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full, no change given.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
