A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday check-ins; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Apartments 1 & 2:  Includes 2 bedrooms - 1 king size and one twin. Apartments have 1 parking space and on street parking. 

Apartment 3: Includes 4 bedrooms - 2 king size, 1 double bed and one bunkbed room. Apartment has 2 parking space and on street parking. 

Stay can be extended by 1 night for a supplementary charge: 2 bed - £60, 4 bed - £80 ; please discuss directly.

A security deposit of £250 is required; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking. Please discuss directly with West Burnside Apartments.

Children permitted and included in the headcount.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
