Questions and answers

Do you have to choose one of the activities out of the three? How much time is given for the activities? I am considering bringing my six grandchildren from Ayrshire however it would not be suitable if there was only one activity. Thanks

I'm afraid each voucher is valid for one activity experience each, choosing from archery, Segway or laser clay shooting.

I hope this answers your question though.

Hi, what is the maximum child age and does this include students? My 20 year old daughter is a uni student. Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid children are classed as ages 6-14 years, and a further discount isn't applicable on adult tickets for students.

Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

 Advance telephone booking required

All activities are non-refundable and non-transferrable once booked.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Includes either a child, adult or family experience choosing from archery, Segway or laser clay shooting; a family experience includes 2 adults and 2 children

Suitable for ages 6+. Children are classed as 14 years and under.

Segway duration approx. 45 mins.

Archery & laser clay shooting duration approx. 50 mins.

Max of 7 people per group/activity. All tours have a 2 person minimum, bookings of 1 person will be added to a tour that is already running.

Segways require a minimum weight of 45kg and have a max weight of 115kg.

Please dress for the weather; all safety equipment is provided. 

Segway: please bring gloves and flat soled shoes.

Archery: please bring a long sleeved top or jacket

Laser clay shooting: please bring gloves.

Meeting point: reception, Woodlands Glencoe, Ballachulish, Argyll, Scotland PH49 4AA

Archery & laser clay shooting are wheelchair accessible.

Segways are not wheelchair accessible.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
