Hi, If you purchase a voucher for two people can one person have skiing lessons and the other snowboarding.

I am wanting to buy this for my husband as we may be going a skiing holiday in the winter and he has never been skiing before. However I have been skiing several times and therefore cannot use this voucher. But I would love to brush up on my snowboarding as I have only done this once. Thank you

You are welcome to book 1 person in for skiing and the other for snowboarding using the two person voucher - please ensure that this is highlighted at the time of booking to avoid any disappointment.

Hi, I have one 17yr old and one 14yr old, if purchasing two vouchers would both be able to do ice climb, as my 14yr old is the keenest to do it.

What to expect

90 min lesson choosing from skiing, snowboarding or ice-climbing including equipment

Lunch including a main course and a cold soft or hot drink each for one or two people 

Suitable for complete beginners only

Voucher is valid until 31st Oct 2013, 7 days a week; subject to availability.

Excludes 12th-20th Oct.

Lessons at pre-set times: ski/snowboarding lessons: 10am, 2pm & 7pm daily. Ice wall lessons are 2pm & 7pm daily.

Please arrive at least 30-45 min prior to your activity start time to collect passes and get kitted up. Peak times are very busy, so please allow extra time for queuing. If you are late for your activity, Snow Factor reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or transfer.

Food voucher will be provided at check-in – can be used before/after lesson.

Valid for 16 year olds plus.

Menu is subject to change.

Drink doesn't include alcohol.

Max class size for ski lessons is 10, 7 for snowboarding and 4 for ice climbing.

Please wear warm waterproof clothing and gloves (waterproofs can be hired and gloves purchased on site if required).

Multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts only (max of 4).

Multiple vouchers cannot be used for multiple lessons.

Advanced booking essential. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

All telephone bookings carry a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable, this charge does not apply if bookings are made in person.

Further T&Cs including refund policy.

Vouchers MUST be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
