I am on the website trying to purchase a framed print, however it won't let me select any of the images already on the website, in particular a Banksy Print.

Can you tell me how I use the voucher to order a banksy print?

Can the image for the canvas be taken from an actual printed photo or does it need to be from a digital file (mpeg,jpeg etc)???

I can confirm your chosen image must be uploaded in a digital format to Your Perfect Canvas' website.

1 x A2 (420 x 594mm) canvas print 

OR

1 x A3 (18" x 12") framed print

Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Sep 2017 until Thur 30 Nov 2017; subject to availability.

Orders must be made at least 24 hours before the expiry date or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 

Online orders only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; one voucher per transaction. 

Your Perfect Canvas' website isn't compatible with iPads or other tablets, please use desktop PC.

Delivery time: 5-10 working days approx. (up to 14 days during busier periods).

P&P cost: £6.95 delivery charge applies for UK mainland addresses for A2 print. £7.95 delivery charge applies for UK mainland addresses for A3 framed print.

Multiple vouchers cannot be combined to apply postage or additional extras at redemption stage. 

Refund will be offered within 14 days of receipt only if product is faulty.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers, products or services.
