Questions and answers

What is the difference between Band A and Band B ticket?

Ainsley, 14:23, 12/12/18

Hi Ainsley,

Thanks for getting in touch!

Your ticket band refers to the view of stage and seating for this event will be allocated throughout the venue. Band A tickets will have a better view of the stage than Band B.

I hope this helps!

If I buy 2 tickets together will they be seated beside each other?

17:37, 12/12/18

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm seating in your chosen band will be allocated on a first come, first served basis at the venue on the night of the show. While we can't guarantee seating will be together, the venue will do their very best to make sure you are seated together.

I hope this helps!

Hi Roy,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know your printed itison tickets should be exchanged for show tickets at the desk in the foyer of the concert hall between 6pm and 7pm on the evening of the event.

I hope this helps!
