This is a seated concert but it is outdoors. Seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis when you exchange your itison tickets for tickets to the event.

Our tickets are seperate from tickets sold by TicketMaster - you may wish to speak to them directly if you wish to now buy our tickets instead. Please note all tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Can tickets be picked up before the day of the event, or posted out for an extra charge? I will not be able to get to the pick up point between 3pm and 6pm on the day of the event as I live 30 miles from Edinburgh and I am working that day

Sorry, tickets can only be exchanged on the day for this particular event. Perhaps a friend or relative could collect these on your behalf if you're unable to personally do so between 3pm - 6pm on the day.

Was going to ask where in the arena my tickets would be.
Don’t understand why they haven’t been allocated as vouchers were sold?
I misunderstood first come first served as meaning buy earl get best seats - doesn’t that sound reasonable?
Sorry for my grumble but pretty much everyone is asking the same thing for a good reason.

I'm really sorry for the disappointment caused here, but your seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis when you exchange your itison tickets for tickets to the event. We do state this in the small print to try and be clear.

Seating will be allocated on a first come first served basis when you exchange your itison tickets for event tickets at the box office between 3pm - 6pm on the day of the event. The venue will always aim to make sure parties are seated together, but we'd recommend going along as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

If tickets are purchased separately, by friends, can they be seated together (if possible) when exchanged at the box office or would it be better everyone buying the itison voucher on one sale (It's just we don't know exactly how many are going yet and don't want the tickets to sell out

Seating will be allocated on a first come first served basis when you exchange your itison tickets for event tickets at the box office between 3pm - 6pm on the day of the event, so you don't need to have bought all your tickets in one transaction as the venue will always aim to make sure parties are seated together if the tickets are presented together.

Box office is located at The Hub, 348-350 Castlehill, Edinburgh EH1 2NE.

Doors open 6.45pm; show starts 7.30pm approx. 

Duration: 3hrs approx.

Multiple purchases permitted. Max of 6 per person.  

Seating will be allocated on a first come first served basis. 

Outdoor concert; please dress appropriately for the weather. 

Over 10s only. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

Line-up is subject to change. 

No wheelchair access.
