I have just booked this and when I have went on to the link for ticket master it is sold out. Surely if you are selling vouchers seats are kept aside for itison. If its sold out really you shouldn't be allowed to buy vouchers from you. My email address has changed XXX could you please reply to this email address as I expect a refund.

Advance booking required. Your itison code must be submitted on the Ticketmaster site by Wed 29 May 2019 to receive ticket for event. 

Only one code can be submitted at a time. Multiple vouchers must be submitted separately and seating multiple vouchers together is not guaranteed.

Online bookings only.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Please note there is only a Print at Home option available for ticket, they cannot be sent by post or collected from a ticket office.

Duration: approx. 2hrs; doors open 6.30pm.

Seating will be chosen when tickets are booked. Please note seating is in the upper tier and may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties, those who are not comfortable with heights or those who experience vertigo.

Suitable for all ages; under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Wheelchair access available; please contact venue directly on 0800 952 0110 if disabled access is required.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your Ticketmaster ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
