Duration: approx. 1 hour 30 minutes. Please note The Castle must be clear of visitors by 10pm.

Standing event.

Suitable for all ages. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

Includes a standard hot drink from the Redcoat Café inside the Edinburgh Castle grounds.

Wheelchair access available.

Please note the suggested route of the event does include stairs, some uneven terrain and cobbles however alternate routes are available.

The Edinburgh Castle mobility vehicle will not be available at this event however there are a limited number of manual wheelchairs available on a first come, first served basis.

In the event of severe weather the event may be cancelled at short notice, we recommend that you check the HES website - www.historicenvironment.scot/visit-a-place/check-for-closures/ - and the Edinburgh Castle social channels from 1pm on the day you have booked Castle of Light tickets for.

No dogs permitted except assistance dogs.

This event may contain strobe effects, loud noises, smoke machines and other special effects.
