I can confirm there are different time slots available for each date, and you can view these after selecting Buy Now and choosing your selected date.

Why do I need to provide card details of the tickets are free?

I'm happy to let you know the infant tickets are free for this event, child tickets are £11 and adult tickets are £17.

Event is outdoors, please wear warm/waterproof clothing.

Suitable for all ages. Children are classed as age 4 - 16. Under 4s go free but require a ticket.

Please go to the West Gate entrance on Arboretum Place for entry.

Upon arrival you will receive a hot chocolate voucher which can be exchanged at either East Gate Café or Terrace Café.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
