For the Falkirk Wheel event do you go on the wheel itself or is it just a light projection show ?

I can confirm these tickets are for the light projection and do not include a ride on the Falkirk wheel.

My tickets have the time 5.20pm on them. Does this mean I have be down at the Wheel at this time to 'Check-In' at the cabin or is this when I should arrive at Car Park? If say, I arrive at 5pm, can I have a look round site before entering the Show?

I'm happy to confirm the time on your ticket is the start time of your event. We'd recommend getting there a wee 5 minutes early to ensure entry for your time.

Hi I have bought tickets to take my nephew who is 5 and after reading it he can’t go because he’s not 8+ I thought christmas was for kids so everyone could go I think it’s shocking
