Hi. I have tickets to see santa on 9th Dec. To see the reindeer can we just pay on the day to see the reindeer? As there are no slots left on 10th

In the small print it says "Voucher acts as ticket. Advance booking is not required." Therefore, does this indicate you can turn up and pay on the day?

I'm sorry for any confusion, but I can confirm tickets need to be purchased through itison ahead of your chosen date, as these aren't available to purchase on arrival.

After buying your itison tickets, no further booking is required though.

Voucher acts as ticket. Advance booking is not required.

Duration: approx. 20mins with designated "selfie time" after the talk.

Multiple purchases permitted.

All guests (inc parents) require a voucher. Suitable for all ages. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Under 2's are FOC.

Please arrive 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.

Reindeers are on a special diet so please do not feed or touch them.

Dress code: weather appropriate clothes. Goggles and foot coverings will be provided.

Standing event.

No prams or buggies permitted - children must be carried.

No wheelchair access available.

Reindeer partner travels under full License from Animal Health and DEFRA and holds an Animal Exhibition License from the Local Authority and the venue is inspected to gain their License.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
