How long does the Santa experience take? Would we make ice skating on site an hour later?

I'm happy to confirm the duration of the Santa's Grotto experience is approximately 20 minutes.

Please arrive at the ballroom 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.

Hi,
How come Santa is starting after winter wonderland? We are there on the 1st weekend in December and disappointed the kids will now miss out on Santa! :( The reason we book every year!

If it helps at all I'm happy to let you know Ice Skating, Reindeer, Food Stalls and Fairground Attractions are all running on the 1st December so I do hope you'll still be able to enjoy some festive activities this year.

I'm afraid there is no purchase option for two children. I can confirm you will need to purchase separate tickets for multiple children.

Hi,

Do you have any plans to extend the event to include the first weekend in December? We had booked a stay at the hotel for beginning of December and have been left disappointed that Santa will not be there when we visit. We contacted the hotel directly but got a response basically saying it was Itison that had caused the problems and not their doing. The suggested contacting you directly to ask about any possible extensions?

I can confirm there is no cheaper price for babies. All children and babies must have a ticket.
