Hi, I wondered if the ice skating has a space for spectators like there was at elfingrove? We have someone attending that will not be ice skating. Also, if some of our group choose to do the reindeer experience are they all near one another? Thanks

Will the ice rink be a covered area (Like Elfingrove) or an area open to the elements? And will there be lockers if you bring your own skates? This gives me an idea of what to wear if I buy tickets

Participants must be fit to skate.

Over 3's only. Under 12's must be accompanied by an adult.

Children are classed as ages 3-11yr. Ages 12+ are classed as adults.

Wheelchair access available.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
