I have just booked 6 tickets to what I thought was the greatest Showman for 2pm on 31st October but my voucher says it is for the rocky horror show. Can you help me please?

Hi there,

We have a group booking for Rocky Horror on the 31st October. Obviously, all restrictions have been put in place until 2nd November and the Sloan’s Website states that they are closed until then, indicating this event is then cancelled? How do we go about getting a refund?

Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours before the date you wish to attend. Early booking is highly advised.

Seating is reserved when booking is made; you will seated at a table exclusively with your group.

You must not be required to socially distance from anyone in your group.

Social distancing measures will be in place in the venue. Card payments only, cash will not be accepted. 

Multiple purchases permitted; max of 6 people per group.

Duration: approx. 2hrs 30mins.

Over 18s only - valid ID will be required for entry into Sloans.

Children are permitted to the Lion King when accompanied by an adult.

Event will take place in the Ballroom (2nd floor).

Set menu only: subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes a pint of Moretti, 175ml glass of house red, white or rose wine. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
