It says under 12 go free but child ticket is £4. So if our kids are all under 12 should we just get two adult tickets?! Thank you

Why are the child tickets coming up as £4 when the text says under 12s are free? I want to get tickets for 2 adults and 4 children. The children are aged from 5 to 9.

I'm afraid no food or alcohol will be allowed into the event, but there will be numerous food stalls and a fully stocked bar on site.

I'm happy to let you know wristbands will be distributed on exiting the venue, which means you can come and go as you please.

There will also be plenty of toilet facilities available.

Hello, I bought tickets to this event, but didn’t use my app ( so they are not in my account history) . I can’t see an email with my tickets anywhere. The amount of £20 has been debited from my bank account. How can I get my tickets?

Adults are classed as 18+

Under 12s go free and require a ticket. Tickets available here.

Under 18s are not permitted after 8pm.

Fancy dress is encouraged.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available. Please note there will be no disabled facilities available.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
