Hi bough two adult and 2 child tickets with pizza and chips we were meant to go on sat 26th June at 28 30 unfortunately we are now having to self isolate and following government guidelines we are unable to come can u tell us what happens in this situation

It says last entry to the zoo is 8pm if your ticket says 18.30 do you have to arrive then are can you arrive later ?

I can confirm if your tickets say 18:30, this just means you can't enter before this time but last entry is at 8.00pm with the zoo closing at 10pm.

Suitable for all ages. All attendees require a ticket; 0 - 3 years are free; 3 - 15 years are classed as children.

All infants and children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Please note daytime zoo entry is not included and visitors may not see any real animals.

Please note 11th - 12th June, 2nd - 3rd, 23rd - 24th July and 13th - 14th August are adult only evenings. Over 18s only permitted.

Pets are not permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please note there will be no mobility vehicles in operation as the route encompasses some smaller pathways not accessible by vehicles. The route is designed so that wheelchairs and buggies can get around.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.

Ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
