Hi itison team,

Hope you can help. I'm wondering ears included in the ticket and ive heard that normal tickets are £6pp and drinks are £1.60 and up on a token basis.

Thanks for getting in touch!

Our tickets include an entry ticket (usually £6), a welcome G&T (usually £4.80) and a gin goblet glass to take home (usually £7.50).

Do the tickets become invalid if they are not used before 7:00pm?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to confirm your itison tickets do need to be exchanged for event tickets between 6pm – 7pm on the day of the event. You're welcome to pop along to the event after 7pm once you've collected your tickets, though.

HI. In your list of what you can do with your ticket, you mentioned tasting various gins. Are the tasting samples included in the ticket, or is there an extra payment for these? If they are included, is the number of samples limited?
Also your picture shows a lovely sunny evening, in case of rain, is there an indoor venue?

Our tickets include an entry ticket, a welcome G&T, and a gin goblet glass to take home. The event organisers have confirmed the samples aren't charged, and there are plenty of covered areas to hide away from any rain.
