We have 2 vouchers for the Ideal Home Show & Eat & Drink Festival which was
originally scheduled for June 13th 2020. This event was cancelled due to the Covid outbreak. Are these tickets still valid for this years event and would we be able to use them on the Saturday as we cannot come on a weekday ?

Hi, I am wondering is this offer meaning entry for two people to both events The Ideal Home Show & Eat & Drink Festival or is it entry for one person for the two events. Its a bit confusing. I am thinking of going along with a friend so would I need to buy two vouchers for two people?

I would like to clarify re advance ticket collection. If you purchase can you take the voucher on the day requested you wish to attend the event and collect ticket or do you have to collect prior to attending the event?

If i buy ticket for Ideal Home show for friday but cant make it can i use them on sunday

I can confirm tickets can only be used on the date they're purchased for.

Just be sure to select Sunday before visiting the checkout, and you'll then have tickets for the correct date.

I’ve re-sent your tickets to you by email, and they should be with you in a couple of minutes. If they don’t seem to come through, I’d suggest checking your junk or spam folder in case they've been filtered there.

Is a printed voucher required when attending the show, I have bar code on my phone is this enough to attend the show
