Advance ticket collection required. itison tickets must be exchanged at the box office 2 hours prior to the performance time.
Does this mean i need to be in Giffnock at the theatre 2 hours before the show to collect tickets? Is there another way of doing this?
Sorry if this seems like a silly question but i just feel a little confused about the above.

Thanks for getting in touch and please don't worry - the only silly question is the one that's not asked!

I'm happy to confirm itison tickets must be exchanged at the box office 2 hours prior to the performance time on your chosen date, though you can go along closer to your performance time. Seating is allocated on a first come first served basis, so we would recommend going along as early as possible.

A limited number of free babes in arms tickets will be available during select family performances only, where they must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult, and not take up a seat.
