I bought tickets for Saturday 25th at 12.45 and now I’ve found out my daughter is supposed to be taking part in a matinee for a panto that day. Can I switch to an earlier time slot?

The time on your ticket is your Santa's grotto timeslot. Aquarium entry is valid from 1 hour before your selected slot.

Suitable for all ages. Children are 0 - 14yrs. Under 3s can enter the aquarium free of charge, but require a ticket to meet Santa and receive a gift.

Professional photos are available from £12; payable directly.

Line-up is subject to change. 

Wheelchair access available.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
