The small print at the top says November and December but the dates are in October and November. Is this just a typo error?

I'm afraid event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled and can't be moved to an alternative date.
Once you've bought your ticket you need to contact the hotel to let them know your name, contact details, dietary requirements and any special requests for your stay.

I wasn’t aware that this deal did not have a cooling off period as your deals normally give a 14 day cancellation. My question is if you can’t change the date does the hotel have the authority to change the date to another? As an example the Friday night to the Saturday night given that there are vacancies and although the Saturday is £10 more can be paid directly to hotel
