It's not exactly a family friendly experience if you only have a baby. Says you need an Adult & Child ticket to take a baby, and you can only have 1 adult per child, so is that one for the baby & one for the child for £19?

Do we have to call up intu braehead snow factor to inform them of the children's names and ages? The official website asks you to confirm these details on booking but there is no option to if you book through it is on.

Advance booking is not required.

Multiple purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.

Duration: approx. 1hr 30 mins and snow play.

Ticket valid for your selected time only. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your selected time

Valid for 1 adult and 1 child; child ticket is for 3 - 16 yrs. 

Max of 1 adult permitted per child and any additional adults are subject to availability on the day and payable directly to the venue.

1 - 2 yrs (infants) can pay on the day for a cost of £9.95 per infant; payable directly to the venue.

Under 1s (babies) are free of charge and do not require a ticket when accompanied by a paying adult and child. 

Please note temperatures in snow play area will be low; warm clothes, hats, scarves are essential. Gloves are mandatory for entry to the Snow play.

Sunday 1st December at 10:20am is a quiet session. This session is designed to be calmer and less intensive to accommodate children who may have additional needs or require a little more time to settle. Music will be very low or off in both the experience and mall.

Wheelchair access available.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
