Hi for the Loch Lomond Shores Santa's Grotto do you book a specific time online as. I can't see where to do this?

Thanks for getting in touch!

When you select the Buy Now button you'll be given a choice of available dates and then time slots to choose from.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Duration: approx. 20 - 30mins.

Suitable for all ages; children must be accompanied by an adult.

itison child tickets are valid for one child aged 1 - 13 yrs, plus up to 2 adults ages 16+.

Please note; under 1's go free but cannot take part in an of the activities, inclusive of seeing santa, photo and train ride. Please purchase a child ticket if you would like them to take part.

Additional adults (those in addition to the 2 adults included with one itison child ticket) are required to purchase a ticket each, priced at £10.

Parents are permitted to take photographs of their own children throughout the experience except for in Santa’s grotto; only photography by The Magical Santa’s Grotto professional photographer is permitted in the grotto these photographs will be available for purchase.

Part of the event is outdoor so weather appropriate clothing is recommended.

Line-up is subject to change.

Pets are not permitted. 

Wheelchair access available; please email optiononejohn@hotmail.com to discuss. Please note wheelchair access in not available for the train.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
