I have purchased 2 family tickets for the event on the 23rd of December. It said that for a further £10 you could book to see Santa which I would like to do for 4 children however I could not see where that could be added. Please can you advise. With thanks.

Hi, I have booked this event and have the confirmation email and tickets. Your website says they must be printed can we just show the QR code from our phone. I do not have a printer nor a library card ?
