I’m looking to find out what’s entailed in the Santa Grotto at riverside museum do adults need to tickets aswell the children and I presume everyone goes on the train ?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm our vouchers are valid for Santa's Magical Express train ride and entry to the Christmas street with food stalls, funfair and much more including a show with Santa & his elves.

I can confirm everyone coming along will need a voucher for entry.

Santa's grotto is inside the museum and £10 per child including gift; payable directly to Forum Events Management on the day. Grotto visit is on a first come, first served basis. Members can take their own photos or purchase from the photographer, as well as gift items such as keyrings and snow globes.

What time will the riverside museum be open until on the 21st December ?
Is the ticket time for the train ride? Can you enter museum before?

As the train and show are outside of the museum you are welcome to contact the Riverside Museum to confirm their opening times directly.

I can confirm the time of your ticket is for the train ride and entry to the Christmas street.

Our "one ticket" option is for one ticket which can be used by either an adult or a child.

Duration approx. 25 mins for train ride and show. 

Seating is unreserved.

Family ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children only.

Suitable for all ages; babies under 1 go free.

Children are classed as age 12 or under.

All prams and buggies will be transported from the train stop to a safe place to be collected after the show. These cannot be taken on the train or into the show.

The train ride is outdoors so please wear appropriate warm and waterproof clothing and footwear.

The train ride is not accessible for wheelchairs.

The show is wheelchair accessible. Please inform prior to arrival by contacting forumevents@yahoo.co.uk.

The show does not include a 1 to 1 experience with Santa.

Santa's grotto inside the museum is a £10 charge per child including gift; payable directly to Forum Events Management on the day. Grotto visit is on a first come, first served basis. Please note: there will be no Santa's Grotto on 7 - 8 Dec.

Rides cost £2 per person per ride. Stall prices will vary.

Parking is very limited; please use public transport where possible.

Line-up is subject to change.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
