Duration approx. 30mins. Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated time to ensure you are on the train at your time slot. Late arrivals will not be permitted / may not be able to move to another time slot. Running times may change.

4.30 time slots: Please note the fairground rides and Santa's Grotto end at 5pm. So please come along a little earlier to enjoy these before your train ride.

Please note that this is not a one-on-one experience with Santa. Santa's Grotto one-on-one experience will be available on the day for a supplementary charge of £12 per child including a gift; payable directly.

Individual tickets are valid for all ages.

Family tickets are valid for 2 adult and 2 kids or 1 adult and 3 kids.

Children are classed as age 10 or under. Babies in arms go free however prams and buggies are not permitted on the train.

Upon arrival, please go to the funfair area in front of the Riverside Museum and queue at the train station.

The train ride is outdoors so please wear appropriate warm and waterproof clothing and footwear.

Restricted wheelchair access. The train ride is not accessible for wheelchairs unless they can be lifted out of the chair for the train ride. There is a lift on the ship for wheelchair users.

Parking is available at the Riverside carpark; payable by coins or RingGo.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
