Questions and answers

What is the difference between band a and b tickets?

17:17, 14/07/19

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch!

As band A and band B seats are available in various sections of the theatre and issued on a first come, first served basis, I'm afraid I can't say in advance exactly which section you'll be seated in. Your exact seats will instead be confirmed when you book your tickets.

I'm happy to let you know band A tickets generally have a better view of the stage.

I hope this helps!

The small print says ‘under 2s are free of charge when not occupying a seat’, however ATG have said the theatre’s ‘babes in arms’ policy only applies to children up to 18 months? Can you please explain? Thank you.

Hi Jennie,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm sorry for any confusion here. We've updated the Small Print and I've emailed you directly to get this sorted.

I hope this helps!
