I’ve just bought 2 tickets for tango can I use the code on my phone on arrival or do I still need to phone and book with the codes ?

Advanced booking is required for this offer - please book through the ATG booking line details provided on each ticket. Once booked you can collect your tickets from the venue box office on the day of the performance, between 6pm -7pm.

The show starts at 7.30pm, but you need to collect your tickets from the venue box office on the day of the performance between 6pm and 7pm.

Where is band A seating in the kings theatre?

As Band A seats are located throughout the venue, I'm afraid we're unable to advise in advance exactly which section you'll be seated in. Your exact seats will instead be confirmed when you book your tickets with ATG by phone.

Once booked via ATG you can collect your tickets from the venue box office on the day of the performance between 6pm and 7pm. 

Please note that calls cost up to 7p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline. 

Multiple purchases permitted. 

Duration: approx. 2hrs 35mins.

Band A seating will be allocated when you call ATG to book. 

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. 

Line-up is subject to change. 

Wheelchair accessible. Please mention at the time of booking. 

Please note: bag checks may be undertaken, it is recommended you leave extra time to avoid queues, and refrain from bringing suitcases, rucksacks and large bags into the Theatre.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
