Hi,when it says advance collection of tickets,does that mean that I can’t just turn up with voucher on my phone, or a printout of it

I'm happy to let you know this ticket can either be printed or shown on a mobile device for you to exchange your itison ticket for show tickets.

I can confirm itison tickets must be exchanged for show tickets at the itison desk in the foyer from 6pm on the evening of the event.
