Questions and answers

Can I pick the seating please. 4 people. I would like to be at the front 3 rows on the isle please

Brendan, 20:55, 03/10/19

Hi Brendan,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid it's not possible to select seats on our deal. Seating in your chosen band is instead reserved on a first come, first served basis when tickets are exchanged.

I hope this answers your question!

Having checked the seating plan, is this just for the areas surrounding the main stalls?

Rebecca, 19:00, 04/10/19

Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for getting in touch!

As seats are available in various sections of the venue and issued on a first come, first served basis, I'm afraid I can't say in advance exactly which section you'll be seated in. Your exact seats will instead be confirmed when you exchange your tickets.

I hope this helps!

I understand you are not able to advise on rows and seats but Are you able to advise the difference in banding? As in, is the dearer option on the floor or are all 3 bands in the raised areas? The description mentions nothing to distinguish between the bands and the prices. The floor plan of the venue does not show any areas called band A, B and C.

Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for getting in touch!

As seats for each band are available in various sections of the venue, I'm afraid I can't say in advance exactly which section you'll be seated in. Your exact seats will instead be confirmed when you exchange your tickets.

If you opt for Band A tickets you will ultimately be provided with a better seat than if you were to opt for Band C tickets.

I hope this helps!
