Questions and answers

What is band A and band B tickets are theatre royal?

Marie, 07:21, 31/10/19

Hi Marie,

Thanks for getting in touch!

As Band A and B seats are available in various sections of the theatre and issued on a first come, first served basis, I'm afraid I can't say in advance exactly which section you'll be seated in. Your exact seats will instead be confirmed when you redeem your tickets with ATG.

I can confirm Band A will have a better view than Band B tickets.

I hope this helps!

If I purchase tickets and the Saturday show (only one we can make) is then unavailable, can I obtain a refund?

Darren, 08:49, 31/10/19

Hi Darren,

Thanks for getting in touch!

You'll be able to select tickets for your preferred ticket at check out, before your purchase goes through.

I hope this helps!

Will seats definitely be together? I need 3.
If the £15 tickets are for £29 seats, will the £19 tickets be for the £37 seats?

Doug, 12:59, 31/10/19

Hi Doug,

Thanks for getting in touch!

Seats will be allocated when tickets are booked via the ATG booking line. The team at ATG will do their best to seat groups together; subject to availability.

Our £19 tickets are valid for Band A seats.

I hope this helps!

Hi
My son is 23 and autistic. Is there an autism friendly showing of this event .
Thank you
Helen

13:31, 31/10/19

Hi Helen,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm afraid there aren't any autism-friendly showings of this performance. I'm sorry for the disappointment this will cause, but you're welcome to get in touch with Theatre Royal directly to discuss this further.

I hope this answers your question.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.- does this mean I can book tickets at the box office in person?

03:04, 02/11/19

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid tickets must be booked via the ATG booking line at least 24 hours before the performance, and can't be booked in the box office.

I hope this answers your question though.

marianne, 16:09, 04/11/19

Hi Marianne,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm you can purchase 3 tickets and when booking them with ATG, just confirm you'll have a baby with you.

I hope this helps!

Hello,
Can we please ungrade our tickets for Wed 13th Nov show. Thanks

Tracy, 17:34, 08/11/19

Hi Tracy,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid event tickets are non-changeable, so there's not a way for us to swap the date of your tickets.

They are transferable so if you're not able to make it along on this date you're welcome to pass your tickets to a friend or family member.

I hope this helps!
