Why are you selling these vouchers when the hotel does not answer the phone or email.
I have requested a refund on both of my vouchers.

Most venues are now reopening but please bear with them as they adapt to the current circumstances. It may be better to email rather than call, and replies may take a little longer than usual but they will get back to you asap.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, but our Customer Support team will get back to you asap to lend a hand.
