Why are you selling these vouchers when the hotel does not answer the phone or email.
I have requested a refund on both of my vouchers.

Most venues are now reopening but please bear with them as they adapt to the current circumstances. It may be better to email rather than call, and replies may take a little longer than usual but they will get back to you asap.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, but our Customer Support team will get back to you asap to lend a hand.

Dress code: smart casual.

Includes an overnight stay after the event.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: king room or Atholl double double - £30 or superior double - £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 3 course meal each from a set menu. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. No gluten/wheat free options available.

Includes welcome whisky/brandy or sherry at check-in and a welcome drink on arrival to the event; subject to change. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Pets not permitted.

Parking available at a charge of £10 for 1 night and £5 for any nights thereafter, please discuss when booking.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
