It says non refundable unless event is cancelled. What happens if COVID restrictions (e.g. travel to another Health Board area) or COVID self-isolation (e.g. through track and trace) is imposed?

My family are not allowed to travel from North Lanarkshire council area to Falkirk council area because of government restrictions - I have 6 tickets costing £120 for this event on 6 December so does this mean that technically this is cancelled for me (by the Scottish government) and I am eligible for a refund? I would definitely think so and I am sure I am not the only person in this situation. Please advise.

I am booked for the Santa experience on Wednesday 23rd with a table for 6. Unfortunately we all live in different council areas from the castle so according to government guidelines we are not permitted to travel to your Santa experience. I have contacted itison asking for a refund but they say processing this could take at least 10-14 days which would take us beyond the date of the event. I would be grateful for your advice.
