• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1-31 Jan and 14 Feb 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note that calls to the booking line cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.
• Non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a privilege room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; please advise red or white at time of booking. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 dog permitted; well behaved and small dogs only. There is a £15 per night supplementary charge and guests are responsible for any damage caused. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
