• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Jul 2019 until Tue 15 Oct 2019, Sun - Fri, treatments available 8am - 8pm; subject to availability. Cream tea is available 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Please note; Sundays and evening availability is limited; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups permitted: group bookings can also be made during evenings; subject to availability, please discus directly with spa. Max of 8 per group.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.
• Consultation will be undertaken prior to treatments; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 2 x 25 min treatments to be taken in one session.
• Treatment cannot be substituted for another treatment.
• Valid for cream tea menu only. Vegetarian options available. No gluten/wheat free options are available. 
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available; please confirm with venue prior to booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
