Small print

• August: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Mon 31 Aug 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Wed 26 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• September: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Sep 2020 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Oct 2020-  Jul 2021: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Fri 30 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 1 Jan - 25 Apr 2021 and 9-10 Jul 2021. A supplementary charge per room per night is required for the following: Friday and Saturday nights in Apr & May - £10 and  Friday and Saturday nights in Jun & Jul - £20 ; payable directly to hotel. Voucher must be booked by Thu 1 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard or superior double/twin room available; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a 3 course dinner from the seasonal menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: scallop starter - £8, steak frites - £12, cheese selection - £5; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Parking available off site £15 for 24 hours with 1 trip in/out; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 5’s stay and eat free when sharing a room with parents. A supplementary charge of £15 per night is required for roll-away beds for children aged 5-12 paying for meals as taken; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
