• Valid Sun: Voucher is valid from Sun 20 Sep 2020 until Sun 29 Aug 2021, Sundays only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Sat.
• Valid Mon - Thur: Voucher is valid from Mon 21 Sep 2020 until Thur 26 Aug 2021 , Mon - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Valid Fri: Voucher is valid from Fri 18 Sep 2020 until Fri 27 Aug 2021, Fridays only; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Thur.
• Valid Sat: Voucher is valid from Sat 19 Sep 2020 until Sat 28 Aug 2021, Saturdays only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri.
• Excludes 1 Jan - 16 May 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior river view room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• If members would like room service during their stay a deposit, credit or debit card is required upon check-in.
• Includes access to the the leisure facilities. For a slot in the pool, jacuzzi or gym please book a preferred time on arrival or 7 days prior by emailing pace.durham@radissonblu.com. Please note the steam room and sauna are closed due to current Government guidelines.
• Parking is available for a supplementary charge of £14; payable direct.
• Max of 1 child ages 2-14yrs is permitted when sleeping on a z-bed for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to the hotel. 0-2 years are free of charge and cots are available on request. Family rooms are available for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
