• Option 1 (morning) voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Mon – Fri 9am – 2pm; subject to availability.
• Option 2 (afternoon) voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Mon – Fri 3pm – 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and 18 – 22 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments can be adapted during pregnancy / breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers / those in remission; please discuss directly with spa. 
• Rasul is not suitable during pregnancy.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Manicure and pedicure is suitable prior to 13 weeks of pregnancy.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes a 30 minute Rasul treatment and a 25 minute express treatment choosing from: Express ‘for you’ facial, Ocean Glow skin exfoliating, Lift and Firm Eye Treatment, Invigorating Foot Treatment, Theraputic Scalp Massage or Express Manicure or Pedicure; subject to change.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes a four individual cakes and pastries served with tea or coffee and a glass of Champagne; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise spa at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
