Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Thur 28 Feb 2019, Mon - Sat 12noon - 4pm and Sun 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Traditional afternoon tea with tea or coffee.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Bottomless Prosecco is poured by the glass and only refilled once glass is empty.
• Refills will be served at the manager's discretion; The Lowry Hotel reserves the right to refuse alcohol to intoxicated guests.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
