Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days, 10am – 8pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Friday – Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea with a glass of Champagne is served 12noon - 4pm; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Facial is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and massage can be adapted during pregnancy, please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatment is suitable for those 3 years out of remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Includes access to sauna and relaxation room.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
