• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10, 12-14 Oct 5-7, 14, 21-22, 26-29 Nov and 5-6, 11-12, 19-20, 23-26 Dec 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £30 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; 0 - 4yrs free of charge, dinner paid as taken; 5 - 12yrs £20pp bed & breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Babysitting services may be available during your stay; please discuss & arrange with the hotel directly. 
• Max of 2 pets are permitted in rooms only at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note pets are permitted in your room only, not public areas.
• If you would like to book dining for during your stay please visit the hotel website - advanced booking is required and the Balbirnie Hotel App must be downloaded for ordering and payment when dining.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
