• Sun only voucher is valid from Sun 6 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Saturdays.
• Mon – Sat voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, Mon – Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays.
• All options exclude 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple purchases not permitted. 
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 12noon.
• Signature double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner option includes a £25 per person dinner allowance; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes access to spa facilities with bathrobes and slippers. Includes 10% off pre booked spa treatments; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of house rose wine to share; can be replaced with a soft drink.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
