• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Wed 2 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 4 Jan, 13 Feb, 14 and 20 Mar 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 12 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double room available.
• Includes chocolates and a bottle of red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise wine choice at time of booking or upon arrival at hotel.
• Parking available at NCP car park on Castle Terrace for 24 hours for £15; please specify when booking and discuss directly with hotel. 
• Children and pets are not permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
