Small print

• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays, 22 - 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan & 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat, 22 - 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan & 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.  
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £10 to upgrade to a family room and £30 to upgrade to a suite; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner served in Hardys Bistro or Olympic Dining Room. Choose a starter/main or main/dessert from the table d'hote menu; menu is subject to change. Dinner is on the first night only. Children's menu available; payable directly to the hotel. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Free parking available.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with soft drink.
• Max 1 child permitted per room. Room must be upgraded to a family room at a supplement of £10 per night for children aged 3 - 12, breakfast charged at £9.95 per day; payable directly to hotel.. Children age 0 -3 are free of charge and a cot can be provided upon request.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog and will receive a breakfast sausage each; payable directly to hotel. Please make sure dogs are not left unattended in your room as we will charge for any damage. Dogs are permitted in the restaurant or Hardy’s Bistro.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
